A Simple Middle Class Family

Hello friends, this blog is about a short-story covering the life of a simple descent family.

A married couple, Harshit and Shrestha from Bihar moved to Tripura just after one month of their engagement. They didn't move to West Bengal for a vacation but for a better sunshine life which they could hardly get in Bihar. Harshit didn't have any fixed job. He was doing every possible legal job for his and his wife's existence. After one year of hardwork and savings, he opened a shop in Kolkata, West Bengal which too was on rent for two thousand Indian Rupees per month.

On 16th of February, Shrestha gave birth to a child who brought the happiness to the family which they were deprived of. They named him Hrishav. They might be poor in their life but were very kind and humble by their lifestyle. This kind nature of theirs helped them create a good bond with their neighbours. Hrishav never felt he was that poor only because of their neighbours who were providing him everything like toys, dress, chocolates and stuffs which he liked. And his parents too never let him feel that. But as years passed by, he started becoming familiar with the fact that he couldn't do or buy all the stuffs he wanted. But this didn't make him unhappy only because of his loving parents, who never failed to fulfill his needs. But he started realising these things. He was getting matured, he himself would felt that he shouldn't cry for things he knew his parents are not capable of. But as his childhood went through good environment, he learnt various life earning lessons. He was good at studies and at sports too. His parents always wanted him to do something big in life which could refrain him from facing the situations they were used to. So they always taught him various important lessons which they learnt from their ongoing lives. As the world was getting digital and smarter, he needed a mobile phone for his studies. So Harshit and Shrestha somehow managed to get him one smartphone which resulted in the low scores of Hrishav in board exams. But he corrected it too by achieving a scholarship for higher studies at Bangalore, India. Rest is his ongoing life which I can't blog on but maybe someday later on.
